The bestest! Love this wine sooo much, although never had the 2014. Had a 2013 last weekend that wiped the floor against a whole host of other epic wines from elite producers in Burgundy, Champagne and the Northern Rhône. I always wonder if part of my love of it is a subcontious thing due to the hype that surrounds the domaine, as much the wine. One day I'll drink it enough to be able to say for sure, but on the few occasions I've had it, it has blown me away... Now I just need to get my hands on a Les Poyeux and Le Bourg... 😅
It is definitely a legendary wine. There’s no doubt about that. I’m sure there are biases that creep in when we see the label, I can certainly attest to that, but it is most definitely an exemplary wine. 🤩
