Back in 2008, I had the great fortune to visit Domaine Baudry and have Matthieu run through the wines with me. Such a gracious (and patient) host. I found a video from around that time in which he talks about his wines and their terroirs. I vividly remember the soil samples held in the glass case. I recall him describing the Clos Guillot as "Feminine" in structure and the Croix Boissee as "Masculine". Looking forward to your next dispatch!
